All Ireland Scor Finals
In advance of the All Ireland Finals of Senior Scor a Concert which will showcase our Ballad Group and Instrumental Music Group as well as Tipperary's two other entries in Solo Singing and Recitation will take place in Birdhill Hall on Saturday the 18th of April at 8.00pm. The concert will also feature other Newport acts that reached the Tipperary County Finals in all age groups of Scor this year.  Why not come along and give our All Ireland Finalists the send off they deserve as they strive to bring All Ireland glory to the County and Parish on the 25th of April. Admission is €5 and a great nights entertainment is guaranteed
 
Camps
We had a very successful Easter Camp last week with 120 children taking part in both hurling & football games over 3 days of glorious sunshine in Lacken Park. Thanks to all the parents for bringing their children and to all who helped out during the week.
Bookings can now be made on line for our Cul Camp which takes place this year from August 10th to 14th.
 
 
Juvenile Teams
  • Our under 12 Footballers have a busy week this week with 2 games, both in Lacken Park.On this Wednesday evening they play Kildangan and will have a game v Templederry this weekend ( date yet to be confirmed).
  • Our Under 14's also start their Football championship with a home game this Wednesday evening v Portroe in Lacken Park. They travel to Borrisoleigh on Saturday April 18th where they will play in The Feile na nGael North Final @1:00 PM.
  • Our Under 16's had a great win in their last outing away to Lorrha /  Shannon Rovers and are away to Moneygall / Clonakenny in their next game on Monday April 20th. The club would like to wish Thomas Mulryan a speedy recovery from his injury.
  • Our minors had a great win in their 1st outing away to Eire Og Nenagh and have a home game this Thursday evening @ 6:30 in Lacken Park v Portroe.
 
Lotto.
No winner of our jackpot so next week's jackpot will be €3800. Draw held on Monday night in the clubrooms

Inter Hurling. 
We had a comfortable win against Carrick Davins on Sunday last in Tipp Town. Score line of 6-19 to 0-7. See report in paper.

Fashion Show.
Well done to Ciara and all her team on running the very successful fashion show '50 shades of GAA' on Holy Thursday last. It was a great success.

Inter County
The club would like to wish Conor O'Mahony and the Tipp senior hurlers the best of luck in the upcoming league semi final against Waterford next Sunday.
Best wishes also to Jack Delahunty who lines out with the Tipp minor footballers in the Munster Championship this Wednesday.

Sympathies
We extend our sympathies to our juvenille club chairman Alfie O Brien and all his family on the recent death of their father, Pat.  Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
