Minor Hurling.
The end of the road came last Sunday week in Semple Stadium for our gallant minor hurlers. We lost out narrowly to Moyle Rovers in the county final. The team got off to a flying start and were heading for the break 7 points up, when Rovers scored the crucial goal of the game. We fought to the very end but it was not meant to be. This is a very special and talented bunch of players and we have no doubt will contest trophies in the future. It was a great year, so well done to all involved.

Junior Hurling.
Our juniors recorded a good win over Kiladangan on Sunday evening last in Newport. The team's blend of youth and experience saw them through the quarter final hurdle. Mike Coffey's accuracy and David Hickey's work rate were the highlights.

Lotto.
Well done to David Shinnors from Cragg who won €9000 in our lotto on Monday last.
